Erin Lea is a Cincinnati native who has been married for 20 years and is raising a teenage son in high school â along with two dogs and a cat. After spending 15 years in accounting, finance, operations, and management at a financial institution, she felt the pull for something new â something more people-focused. In 2021, she earned her real estate license and joined a top-performing residential team, where she quickly made her mark helping clients navigate major life transitions.
During that time, Erin Lea worked alongside Katie Aker, who later introduced her to JT and the fast-paced world of business brokerage. The opportunity to blend her financial background, management skills, real estate experience, and passion for helping others just made sense.
In May 2024, Erin Lea officially joined JTâs growing team as his executive assistant. She now supports JT, the business brokers, and clients with her signature mix of organization, heart, hustle, and fun â making sure every detail is handled so others can focus on what they do best. She thrives in a role where no two days are the same and where helping people sell or buy businesses means helping them change their lives.
