Prior to Transworld, Peter was a co-founder and President of a multi-unit restaurant company overseeing operations, acquisitions, forecasting, budgeting and purchasing. He was also a co-founder and board member of the largest New England purchasing organization that amassed over 600 restaurants and hospitality businesses, securing national pricing that rivaled public companies. Outside of work Peter enjoys spending time with his four kids, fitness, hiking and traveling.
