Tyler Le is a founder turned business broker who brings entrepreneurial, sales, and advisory experience to his role as Vice President of Business Brokerage at Transworld Business Advisors. He has successfully built and exited two businesses, currently owns and operates two others, and understands the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized enterprises.
Tyler also serves as a strategic exit consultant with Exit Factor, where he helps business owners increase valuation, prepare for market, and navigate complex sale processes with clarity and precision.
His approach is strategic, data-driven, and empathetic to the entrepreneurial journey. Whether advising a seller or buyer, Tyler is committed to delivering results with integrity, structure, and informed guidance.
He studied Business Administration at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
